Vista Meadows Academy is a 9-12 public school academy located in Dearborn Heights, Michigan serving less than 200 students. The small high school setting for Detroit area students provides support for student achievement by offering after school programs, college readiness assessments, and extensive summer opportunities.
The school is located on the campus of Vista Maria and features five important characteristics, which are small class sizes, a large beautiful campus, extensive after-school programming, free credit recovery, and college readiness assessments. Our goal is to create a positive learning community that teaches students how to participate in making decisions, foster strong work ethic and outstanding academic performance.
Teachers at Vista Meadows Academy are given extensive professional development and time is scheduled for collaboration and mentoring. The school has early release regularly that is dedicated to teacher collaboration and professional learning.
